Welcome back to the blog!
For the month of October, I decided to challenge myself to take of myself better. We all know self care as a spa day to take care of our body, but this time around I'll be focusing on my body, my mental health and my space.
The only way to happiness is making sure I'm taking care of all aspects of me and that starts on how I approach and respond to things in life.
Starting today, I'll be releasing a video at least once per day on Instagram. I'm working on releasing them on TikTok, Facebook and YouTube shorts as well. The videos will be no longer than a minute.
If you don't have these platforms, I'll be posting a blog everyday with the link to the video for you.
I'm so excited to be on this journey because I know I need it. I want better for myself and everyone around me and those I come in contact with.
I hope you come along with me on this journey and join me. We can only be better for it.
Now I'm already two days behind so today I'll drop day 1 and day 2 videos today and days 3 and 4 tomorrow then once per day afterwards.
