SHIPPING POLICY
OVERVIEW
All orders placed through Beauty Mixtress LLC — including the brands Beauty Mixtress, Luxurious Bath Boutique, and Down There Skincare® — are handcrafted, packed, and shipped with care. Because many items are made in small batches, processing and delivery times may vary based on product type and order volume.
1 – PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed in the order received. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
- Standard products: 3–7 business days
- Seasonal collections, spa boxes, or limited editions: up to 10 business days
- Custom or pre-order items: timeline specified on the product page
During peak seasons, launches, or sales events, processing times may be extended.
2 – SHIPPING RATES & METHODS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. We currently ship via USPS and/or UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Note: Beauty Mixtress LLC is not responsible for carrier delays after a package departs our facility.
3 – LOCAL PICKUP (IF AVAILABLE)
Local pickup may be offered for select products or events. If available, the option will appear at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.
4 – ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to register initial scans.
5 – DELIVERY ISSUES
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked delivered by the carrier but not received. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please:
- Verify the shipping address used at checkout
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
If you still need assistance, email us and we will do our best to help; however, replacements may not be guaranteed.
6 – INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately with your order number at luxuriousbathboutique@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made. We are not responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.
7 – MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately based on availability and production schedules. Separate tracking numbers will be provided when applicable.
8 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand international shipping in the future and will update this policy when that option becomes available.
9 – DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist. Please email luxuriousbathboutique@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and outer packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
10 – HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, please allow extra time for processing and carrier transit. Placing orders early is recommended for timely delivery.
11 – POLICY UPDATES
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Please review periodically for updates.
