REFUND & RETURN POLICY
OVERVIEW
Thank you for supporting Beauty Mixtress LLC, which includes Beauty Mixtress, Luxurious Bath Boutique, and Down There Skincare®.
Each product is handcrafted in small batches with care, precision, and premium ingredients. Because of the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
1 – FINAL SALE POLICY
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on the following:
- Skincare and body care products (including soaps, creams, masks, scrubs, oils, and intimate-care items)
- Limited-edition spa boxes or ritual kits
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items marked “final sale” or “limited release”
This ensures that all customers receive freshly made, unopened, and uncontaminated products.
2 – DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
To process your claim, please email luxuriousbathboutique@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims made beyond 3 days of delivery or without photo evidence cannot be honored.
3 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if production or shipment has not yet begun. Please contact luxuriousbathboutique@gmail.com immediately with your order number if you wish to cancel.
Once an order is in processing, production, or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
4 – LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Beauty Mixtress LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Notify us if further assistance is needed
We’ll do our best to help locate your order, but replacements may not be guaranteed.
5 – ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES
Please review all ingredient listings carefully before purchasing. Every product description includes the ingredients used.
While our formulas are created with gentle, high-quality ingredients, individual reactions can vary. We are not responsible for skin sensitivities, allergies, or adverse reactions.
If you have concerns about specific ingredients, please contact us before placing your order.
6 – EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not accepted due to the personal-care nature of our products. However, if a product is damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly send a replacement or offer store credit as outlined in Section 2.
7 – REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Refunds are only approved for verified cases of damage, incorrect shipment, or a customer service error.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us again.
8 – RETURN SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)
If a return is authorized (in rare cases such as mis-shipments), you will receive specific instructions via email.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
9 – GIFT RETURNS
If you received your item as a gift and it qualifies for a return, you may receive a store credit for the value of your item once the return is approved.
Gift cards and digital items are non-refundable.
